Georgia State Patrol is on the scene of an overturned tractor trailer in McDuffie County.
It happened around 7 o'clock this morning.
We're told the driver was going too fast around the curve from the bypass to Temple Road, overturned and hit the guardrail.
Woodchips spilled out of the back of the truck onto the shoulder, but we're told the truck is not blocking traffic.
No injuries are reported, but we're told charges are pending against the driver.
