This page will help you answer questions like:
1. Why did I not get a phone call during bad weather?
- You will only get a WeatherCall if your home or business is located inside a National Weather Service warning polygon. Click here to see if your home or business was located inside a recent warning polygon. Simply input your e-mail address or zip code.
- If you did not receive a phone call, but still think your home or business was within the warned area, please e-mail the NBC 26 StormTracker weather team: weather@wagt.com. Please include the date/time the storm occurred, along with your contact information, and we will investigate.
2. I've forgotten my log-in information. How can I update my phone, e-mail, or address?
- If you need to update your information, but can't log-in, e-mail info@weathercall.net, and a WeatherCall representative will respond to your needs.
3. How do I cancel my WeatherCall account?
- If you wish to cancel your WeatherCall account, e-mail info@weathercall.net and ask them to delete your account. Here's an example below:
